Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated's Philippines Facility Impacted Minimally by Tropical Storm Ondoy

More than a month's worth of rain on the region accumulated in just 12 hours, resulting in flooding around Metro Manila. SYKES has taken action to ensure the safety of its employees at its Metro Manila facilities and has been providing relief measures. The flooding occurred during non-peak business hours. Due to the Company's robust business continuity planning, of SYKES' five facilities in Metro Manila, only one facility was temporarily impacted by service disruption and is now operating on a limited basis. Moreover, clients within the impacted facility have been successfully transitioned to SYKES' other facilities in Metro Manila and locations elsewhere within its offshore delivery footprint.
